The Pre-Conference Workshop on “Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education” was successfully held on 9 October 2026 at 10:00 AM at Al Biruni Institute of Medical & Health Sciences, Hyderabad, in collaboration with Indus Medical College, University of Modern Sciences, Tando Muhammad Khan. The workshop was organized as part of the 6th International Conference, themed “Together Toward Tomorrow.”
The event was graced by Prof. Dr. Iqbal Memon (CEO & Chancellor), Prof. Dr. Feroz Memon (Vice Chancellor)as the Chief Guests.
Prof Dr Suhail Kazi (Dean (Engineering Sciences & Director Admission Isra University) as Guest of Honor.
The workshop was hosted by the Prof. Dr. Navaid Kazi , Prof. Dr. Salman Ahmed Kazi, Mr Muhammad Ali Memon and Mr Muhammad Rahimoon (Principal Al Biruni Nursing College, Hyderabad).
The workshop featured distinguished speakers, Prof. Nazir Ali Buriro, Master Trainer, Faculty Development Program, Higher Education Commission (HEC), SMBBMU Larkana, and Mr. Ubedullah Rahimoon, Assistant Professor, University of Modern Sciences, Tando Muhammad Khan.
The sessions highlighted the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in teaching, learning, research, assessment, and academic administration. Participants explored practical applications of AI in higher education and discussed the importance of its responsible, ethical, and effective integration into academic practices.
The workshop provided a valuable platform for academic engagement, knowledge sharing, and discussion on emerging educational technologies. It also reinforced the participating institutions’ commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and academic excellence.
The event concluded with a shared vision of advancing higher education through responsible AI adoption, inter-institutional collaboration, and innovation, in keeping with the conference theme, “Together Toward Tomorrow.”
